Nepean is part of the City of Ottawa, and we work there from our base in Carleton Place. Our most recent kitchen was a condo kitchen renovation, and we take on carpentry in houses, condos and rental units across the area: kitchens, built-ins, trim, floors, tile, decks and fences.
In Nepean we renovated a unit's kitchen, bathroom vanity, closets and doors. The kitchen got 16 custom-built flat-style cabinet doors in white with black bar pulls, four custom drawers, soft-close full-extension hardware, and new dark matte countertops with a two-tiered breakfast bar. Whether a kitchen, basement or deck needs a permit depends on the work and the city's current rules. In a condo, the building's management or condo corporation may have its own rules for renovations, so check those before work starts.
