Deck Stairs and Landing in Carleton Place

We built a new landing and set of stairs off the back patio door of this Carleton Place home, a few weeks after fencing the same backyard. The landing sits on posts with metal post bases over concrete footings, and the stair stringers come down onto a level pad of patio slabs. Railings with vertical balusters run down both sides, so the homeowners now have a safe, solid way in and out of the yard.
