Backyard Patio Pad in Kanata

We built a new patio pad in the back corner of this Kanata yard, right beside the deck. After marking out and digging the area, we put down a compacted gravel base, a screeded bedding layer and edge restraints, then laid large grey patio slabs. Fresh soil was backfilled around the edges, and what was a corner of lawn is now a flat, solid spot to sit outside.
